| + First Name: Heather x] My name is rather lame, and it makes me feel like I should be some cheerleader in an 80’s high school flick. + About Me: I’m nineteen-years-old. I was born on August 15th, 1989 at 7:57 PM, and yes, I am a Leo [but nothing like my sign]. I have a sister named Liz, who is born on the same day, seven years and 57 minutes before me. This is why seven is my lucky number. I was born and raised in my tiny town, or city if you want to get technical, located in the great [but miniscule] state of New Hampshire. Like my state and town-city, I also come in small package, a small excitable package. I’ve been a voracious reader since I was able to. I devoured everything with words in sight, from the back of the cereal box to Moby Dick. [I was in third grade and never have been so bored in my life, but I finished every page!] Writing just progressed from that. One day, I realized I could tell my own stories, which seemed pretty awesome and powerful to me at the time. I’m naturally shy and pretty quiet out in public or in the company of people I don’t know very well, but I’m pretty silly and dorky with friends and family. I’m a nitpicker to the max, and I’m quite sure why I get blocked so easily, and being stubborn as a mule doesn’t quite help. In some cases, I can be very bossy and think I “know-it-all”. Please, don’t be afraid yell or virtually smack me or anything, if I get that way. And finally, It’s near impossible for me to write without my music. I can do it, but only snippets or lines that come randomly. There is just something about how the melody and the beat that weave together to block out everything, but my thoughts. + What do you write?: I don’t quite know how to answer this because there is stuff that I would adore to write, but I just don’t have enough experience in it or I just can’t pull that kind of stuff out of me. This is mainly the Horror genre, which I love to read and watch, but can’t seem to write it, not matter how hard I try. The stuff I do write is all over the place; Fantasy, General, Action/Adventure, etc. But I think the common thread is, and will always be, romance. There is just something about the connection between two people that draws me in. I dabble a bit in fan fiction and poetry, too. + Where do you write?: As in where I post? Well, I’m at FictionPress and FanFiction.Net under the same name, and I also post in my LJ. Where I physically write is usually at my computer. I began handwriting, but once I realized how fast my thoughts were able to come out with typing, I never went back x] + Likes: Vampires. lilies. rainy days. history. the moon. autumn. werewolves. the disney of my childhood. old book smell. tea. witches. blankets. cartoons. movie marathons. fairytales. villains. the ocean. music. horror films. period clothes. the woods. anti-heroes. romance. reading the day away… + Dislikes: I can never answer this question. I always find myself stumbling over it every time it’s asked. I suppose it should be easier, but My dislikes tend to be more vague than my likes, unless I’m in a situation where I have to confront them. + How did you find us?: Googling, actually xP I was looking for a place for writers and I just happened to stumble across this. *waves* Hi, Everyone! I hope I like it here. P.S. Hey, MoonFlicker, thank you so much for the sweet comment on my LiveJournal! | |

I know. One time I was at my lunch table and my friend had a book. I asked to see it -- you know to read the back and what not. And then when I smelled it the 3 at my table were kind of surprised and tickled... thought it was weird. "It's how I tell if its a good book, sometimes," I explained. They were amused and laughed but I'm sure they just think I'm weird. Whatev. It's awesome. | |
