What do you write?: Original fiction, Harry Potter and Doctor Who fanfiction.
Where do you write?: Mostly in my room. But I always have a notebook with me in case inspiration strikes elsewhere!
Hobbies?: Reading, writing, shopping, going out with friends, adminning my forum.

Hey everyone! I'm Amy Smile I lurk on the lexicon forums and happened to see the link for this site in a signature.

I've written various Harry Potter fanfictions in the past - some too terrible to mention! - and I've also written in the Doctor Who fandom. I've made several attempts at original novels, but none of my ideas have caught and they remain unfinished. I've recently started writing something new, and so far it's going well.

I co-admin a Harry Potter forum and fanfiction archive, and I'm currently living in France for the third year of my university degree.

I'm doing a Joint Honours BA in English Language and French Studies. The Year Abroad part is for the French side, and I'm at uni here.

It's a great opportunity that's for sure, but I can't help counting the days til I'm next home!

It's the name of a character from Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials books. I needed an email address yonks ago and was reading the book at the time. Since then it's sort of stuck as a screen name.
